Henderson Kite was set up at the end of 2008 by Jeremy Hill who has over 14 years in the media industry and specifically 10 within digital media. Raj Anand joined the business in 2010 and is a key pioneer in the social technology and mobile arena, winning a number of awards for his work in technology and innovation

Jeremy Hill
Jeremy has worked in digital media for 10 years with the last 4 specifically consulting publishers, advertisers & agencies. He started his media career working for the International Herald Tribune and then Saatchi & Saatchi spending over 3 years in Hong Kong and China. In 1997 he returned to the UK where he worked as a media planner in Mediavest Europe. In 2000 he became Digital Planning Director for the agency and Head of Digital 3 years later for the Starcom Group.
In 2005 Jeremy left Starcom to set up Circus Street, a new digital media consultancy, which he sold his share in 3 years later, forming Henderson Kite in 2008.
Over the past 10 years Jeremy has worked with some of the UK's largest advertisers and publishers helping them to develop digital strategies. For the past 4 years Jeremy has focused more on adding value to media owners and agencies, working with management teams to create clear workable plans for the business.
Raj Anand
Raj Anand joined the business in 2010 and has extensive experience in technology and helping companies to develop social strategies that encompass marketing, internal communications, e-commerce and customer relationship management.
He is the winner of Europe's Young Entrepreneur 2007 by BusinessWeek, Digital Future 50 by Revolution Magazine, Courvoisier/The Observer Future 500 (2008) and Finalist of Sussex Entrepreneur 2008.
At 23 he developed a number of social technology platforms and was founder of Kwiqq, which he recently exited from.
